Effective September 2026. Short version: we only use your information to talk with you about your pool project, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out our project form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, project location, project type, timeline, budget range, any notes, the pool design you sketched (if you used our designer), and any inspiration photos you choose to upload. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, plan and quote your project, and keep in touch while we work together. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We use a few trusted services to run our business: Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions and uploaded photos, Microsoft provides our email, and Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when pages load. If you hire us, we may share project details with the crews and suppliers working on your pool.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep your information and photos as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information and photos we have about you at any time. Just email support@texaspooldesign.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
